General Policy
At Lucky’s Matcha, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless we are responsible for an error.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement is only offered if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for review, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed or shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is a result of our error.
If a claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
