Processing Time


Orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional events.


Shipping and Delivery


We offer domestic delivery across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times vary based on location and typically range from one to three business days from the time of dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information when available.


Remote Areas

Certain locations within the UAE are classified as remote areas and may require additional delivery time or incur higher shipping fees.

Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the shipment is incorrect or damaged due to our error. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.


International Shipping


We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to the United Arab Emirates only.
